“Covering” refers to the ways in which an individual conceals certain aspects of their identity in public due to a fear of backlash, discrimination, and/or bias. In this episode, MBA Student Fellow Narjis Premjee interviews Osama to discuss how he uncovers his Islamic faith in the workplace, and how he creatively deals with the challenges of uncovering.
