Marko on covering his disabilities

“Covering” refers to the ways in which an individual conceals certain aspects of their identity in public due to a fear of backlash, discrimination, and/or bias. In this episode, MBA Student Fellow Narjis Premjee interviews Marko about his disabilities, and how he chooses to uncover or cover them in the workplace, and how workplaces can be more inclusive to those with both visible and invisible disabilities.
