Covering” refers to the ways in which an individual conceals certain aspects of their identity in public due to a fear of backlash, discrimination, and/or bias. In this episode, MBA Student Fellow Narjis Premjee interviews an anonymous person to discuss how she covers her faith, marital status, and curly hair to appear more professional, what she's learned about covering in the workplace and how she approaches the topic now.
